smoke plume over ortega/nas jax?

I'm on River road in San Marco right now and noticed this huge smoke plume appear across the river towards avondale/ortega.  I can't tell if it's a house fire or a wreck. Anyone know what that is?

I saw it too while coming across Fuller Warren... Hope it is just a fire fighting exercise at NAS

There was a big fire in the undeveloped area North of Hwy 17 across from NAS on Tuesday afternoon...not sure what was burning, but it was big.  Maybe related?
