Pop Up Shop Opening in Brooklyn This Week

The newest store going into Brooklyn Station on Riverside isn't a chain. It's not even a permanent store. Wolf and Cub is a pop-up; it's only going to be there three to six months.

Co-owner Emily Moody said she was actually recruited by the center's owner, Regency Centers.

Eric Davidson, communications manager for Regency Centers, said the company sought feedback on its Facebook page about what kind of store people wanted there. One of the suggestions was Wolf and Cub, which has been selling its wares at Jaxson's Night Market for more than a year.

Those fashion-oriented wares are a mix of vintage and items made by local designers.
