Everybody has seen those motivation posters someplace or another.  This Austin Texas company has made $15 million selling these they are hilarious and so true.

LOL I think this one cracks me up the most becuase, let's face it.  It's SO true.

These have been my favorite for a long time, lol.  Pro Tip:  Don't hang them up in your actual office cubicle.  While it may add enjoyment to your day and help you get through the monotany, superiors don't take too kindly to it;-)

You wanna see some great motivational videos?  Do a YouTube search for Terry Tate, Office Linebacker.  Having him as your office motivator would guarantee production.  :)
