JEA performance payouts on the rise

Once again on the front page of the F.T.U. 9/8/2015 it's Bonus Time for JEA fat cats and some other people who truly understand how to get away with a really bad program. Meanwhile how many people that also work for the city of Jacksonville haven't seen a pay raise in YEARS. The Seven-Member executive team will take home between $15,000 to more than $50,000 dollar bonuses.
