^^^This is why I can't buy "cost-savings" arguments for leaving downtown and relocating to suburbs.  Neither the CBD nor the suburbs in Jax are as expensive as nearly any of the other 50-75 largest metros in America, so the city as a whole is stinkin cheap, but the CBD could work out to be even cheaper than the burbs depending.
