FSU's Dalvin Cook charged with battery, indefinitely suspended

I believe the phrase is : "Cook was a heavy lean toward the Gators but in the end chose FSU."

I think this was true for Tim Jernigan and several other big name players. In the last 4-5 years FSU has out-recruited every other team in the nation except "Bama and maybe LSU/OSU.  I would think most FSU fans are very happy with the way Jimbo Fisher's tenure has worked out, despite the off field issues which, along with recently winning the National Championship and a Heisman Trophy,  have brought an extra amount of scrutiny to the program. 

Also it appears Dalvin Cook will fight these allegations in court if necessary to clear his name.

Cooks trial should be completed well before he season opener. While all the "Haters" will never be satisfied, most folks familiar with the case say
he has an excellent chance of being acquitted.

After a 10 hour trial,  jury found Dalvin Cook NOT GUILTY of the charges. They deliberated for 25 minutes.

What does 5 in a row by Miami's little snotty nose brother has in common with Abraham Lincoln's sideburns and a Jax school named NB Forrest?  They'll all be considered long lost history when I eat my big peice of red velvet cake this Thanksgiving! Now go get Dalvin in game shape. He needs to be worrying about the Purge coming to Doak Campbell in October than drunk chick's jaws accidentally crashing into his fists.

It has been 10 years since Miami won a home game against FSU, and the Hurricanes have not defeated the Seminoles in five years.
