Since he largely vanished nearly a year ago sightings of our resident railroad planner; Robert Mann, have been on par with those of D. B. Cooper and Bigfoot. MJ wondeerd aloud; 'What ever happened to Jacksonville's streetcar tzar and our Co-publisher?' It took some doing, and when we finally caught up we had to wait for the screaming to stop before we could answer the question on so many of your minds; 'What About Bob?'
