If anyone is interested in getting an inside look at Engine 15's new Myrtle Avenue brewery, feel free to hang with the APA tomorrow from 4:00 -6:30.  If you happen to be a certified planner, 1.5 CM credits are available.

QuoteJoin the American Planning Association's (APA) First Coast Section as we begin a year-long trek through innovative adaptive re-use projects throughout the region.  Our first event will start at Engine 15's new brewery off Myrtle Avenue. We will get a tour of their new production facility and learn about all the steps needed to bring the building back on line. From there we will head over to Bold City Brewery, where the craft beer craze began in Jacksonville. The brewery is currently expanding into an adjacent building to increase production capacity. And of course, we'll finish off in their tap room!

Future events in the Adaptive Brewuse series will take us to Intuition Ale Work's new downtown location and the Ice House in St. Augustine.

Engine 15 Brewing Company is located at 633 N. Myrtle Avenue (just south of Beaver Street).
