UFO's Near Acosta Bridge Tonight!

Did anyone else see flickering lights, seemingly "floating" through the air, near the Acosta bridge tonight?  at about 8:30pm, I was coming back to the Southbank from Riverside and when crossing the Acosta, there were 3 lights that looked almost like a ball with a flame inside, just floating by, about 30 feet above the bridge.

I've seen some things, man.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?
