Awesome!! Lighting and signage is great, but 35k sq ft being leased and an entire exec team relo to Jax is the real story!

But yeah, the lighting and signage is cool too. 

For real. Great news! Jax has always been a banking center and with Deutche, Everbank, and more joining, this is a good sign that may continue even 15 years after Barnett.

Ameris WILL indeed have it's signage atop Riverplace Tower.

hardly true...remember that the southbank is part of downtown and that skyline is vastly different

How would you like to watch a sports event on TV and they show a night overhead video of the city and the biggest sign says "MODIS".

Well a good chunk of the Northbank's towers are empty. We got hit pretty hard with the consolidation and merger of local banks and insurance giants during the 1980s and 1990s. We'll have to fill up that space first. With that said, the Hyatt and Berkman 1 are the two Northbank highrises built within the last 20 years.

They are definitely getting ready for this BOA lighting. The overwhelming majority of the interior lights were on Friday night.
