The North Florida TPO is conducting a study to develop a network of bicycling and walking routes and an accompanying wayfinding system within Riverside and San Marco. This network will help connect local residents and visitors to important community destinations and to the pathway being developed as part of the Fuller Warren Bridge reconstruction.  We need your input to identify popular destinations, preferred routes and obstructions to bicycling within and around these neighborhoods.

We'll be at the San Marco Preservation Hall, 1652 Atlantic Boulevard, 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Monday March 16.  The workshop is an open house format so stop by any time.

Thanks RattlerGator!  There's also a study for the Beaches areas and you can provide input at two events:

North Beaches Art Walk (where Atlantic Blvd. meets the ocean)
tomorrow - Thursday 3/19
5-9 p.m.

Jax Beach PD Beach & Bicycle Safety Rodeo at the Sea Walk Pavilion
Saturday, 3/21
10 a.m.-2 p.m.

There are maps and input forms available for this too at http://www.northfloridatpo.com/transportation_planning/bicycle_pedestrian/.

If they could connect the S-Line to the Fuller Warren trail, I think that would be amazing. Might not be feasible but my fingers are crossed.

^That's feasible by restriping Myrtle Avenue between Kings Road and Forest and Park Street between Brooklyn and Five Points. Then all you need is some type of connection between RAM and Park Street under the Fuller Warren Bridge.

Thank you! I have the input form and if they don't mind a non-resident submitting a suggestion, I'm going to send this in...

The TPO still needs more input from San Marco folks on the Bike-Ped study.  Please spread the word and provide input here:

Is there an online form or anything? I just see the PDF.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?
