How Five Points' success leads the way for urban revitalization

Those people, I assume, are predominantly the ones using those streets as thoroughfares to begin with and have little or no concern for the residents in mind.

This is not news, but without more JSO radar patrols, every street in Riverside Avondale is a racetrack. I have not seen a cop at Oak/Edgewood in over 8 years, as this is an easy ticket for people who roll through the stop sign to race back up to 40 as they hit the Herschel light.

I'm all for adding more stop signs to slow down traffic, but there also needs to be enforcement too.
