Rental space question:

So, I've really wanting to get started building and painting war gaming miniatures. The problem I have is that there's not enough room in my apartment (plus cats). What I'm curious about is if there's anything like storage units with electric hookups. I don't need a huge space, just enough for a few tables, several ott lights, and a small radio. It does need to be temp/humidity controlled because bad things happen when it's too hot or humid when it's time to paint. I like the idea of maker space type stuff but I'm not doing some type cool project, I just want paint my space barbiesmarines.
