SPARK District Inspirations: Worcestor Massachussets



When Jacksonville's brilliant City Planner, Bill Killingsworth was assembling the ideas which formed the basis of the SPARK District, one of the examples provided by Chris Flagg's study was the Arts District of Worcestor Massachussets.  Check out their 1999 Arts District plan and peruse the ideas and details after the jump!
