Urban Grind coffee shop coming to Bay Street

A new coffee shop for downtown?

Downtown could soon have a new — or possibly relocated — coffee option.

Urban Grind has filed permits for the interior build-out at 45 W. Bay Street for a project cost of almost $104,000. The multiunit building houses a Daniel James Salon and formerly Legal Art Works.

There is an Urban Grind coffee shop Downtown in the lobby of the Bank of America Tower at 50 N. Laura St.
