Did Peter Rummell know about this map? Did Toney Sleiman? Nobody on the Jacksonville Waterways Commission did. Next Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting is 9/10/14 at 9 am in council chambers. Open to the Public. Will the map be available to the Public. Has it been shown in any other media outlet besides MJ?

Next DIA Board meeting 9/17/14. Anyone going? Anybody care? Congratulations to the DIA for assigning a resolution number to active legislation 2014-305 NEW DOCKING RULES AND PENALTIES.

The DIA has in their 8/20/14 meeting minutes now reflect resolution 2014-08-03. Props to Guy Parola for posting my Public comment indicating and stating an amendment that can be attached to active Jacksonville city council legislation 2015-305. (Food Truck, kayak guys, pay attention) This is very positive. Will post more later.

2014-305 and 2014-560 should be in two committees. Should immediate economic opportunity to our St. Johns River an American Heritage River a FEDERAL Initiative contain language in these pieces of legislation that WILL guaranty that?

Finance agenda at 8:30
RCDPHS agenda at 1:30
DIA Board meeting 9/17/14 at 4pm 1st floor city hall.

After attending the Community First FIND subcommittee meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission on 10/30/14 and the sudden cancellation of the 10/30/14 scheduled 1:30 CRA/DIA meeting it is abundantly clear that key elements are being left out of this new Downtown Docking Zone map and how it relates to Public Access and Economic Opportunity on our St. Johns River an American Heritage River a FEDERAL Initiative in our new super duper restricted food truck/kayak 4.8 mile waters/rivers edge zone.

What are the key elements and projects that are missing? 2014-305 Docking Rules and Penalties scheduled in two committees today Finance and RCDPHS. What is the position of the Riverkeeper? I've asked Lisa almost every time when I see her at a Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting. Where is Tom Ingram this year with his list?

Visit Jacksonville- Yeah Right!
Tell that to the water taxi Baltimore guys who were sent packing. Losers! 2014-412 to save the day.
Hey! Have a surplus JEA house on the river to sell you.
Hey! Have a surplus Restaurant on the river next to a FIND project to sell you.
Hey! Have a Fort on the river that may soon require a taxpayer bailout to sell you.
So the 8:30 11/4/14 Finance agenda meeting had me wanting to cast my vote for more corruption.
I was there and sitting next to Carla Miller who was there for 2014-668
Jack Shad came in and sat two seats down and was there for 2014-665
I was there for 2014-305
The Chair of Finance Richard Clark arrived and with the marked agendas tossed on the table it was on.
2014-305 was given the defer. And I'm sitting next to Carla Miller. On the marked agenda is CM Love/ Jim Suber
So does Joe Q. Public leave or go and put some more quarters in the meter. You go and put more quarters in the meter. This is the same thing like the midnight email for an EXTRA, EXTRA, $500,000 and then voted on and approved by a board that day.
In the audience was COJ Waterways Coordinator Capt. Jim Suber. Tera Meeks, Chief of Waterfront Management and Programming . Councilman Love arrived and handed out to the Finance members the super duper new Downtown Docking zone map that has only been shown on this forum. Too bad that the map wasn't put up on the overhead TV's.
I filled out a speaker card for 2014-305 and Phil gave it to councilman Clark before the vote. I was never recognized. And Carla Miller is in the front row.
2014-305 is legislation that has to do with creating a new loading and unloading zone for the Foxy Lady Downtown. It is good legislation and the Foxy Lady and Capt. Mitch are top shelf. I fully support it. The one amendment that was attached came from Crescimbeni and had language that the loading and unloading is for passengers only and not for supplies and materials.
Councilwoman Boyer was there and I'm thinking that this may be the first time that most of our elected legislative representatives are seeing this super duper new Downtown Docking zone map and comments about the docking or lack of in front of the Landing.

As Jack Shad was there for 2014-665 the taxis and how it will address violators with (Seizure, Impoundment, and Forfeiture) to provide Authority to JSO to seize & Impound for hire vehicles in violation of Chapt. 220 the same scenario is taking place on our Waterways. Specifically in this new yet to be voted on CRA/DIA zone. Wouldn't everyone agree?

Congratulations to the Foxy Lady and this should be voted on and approved at the next city council meeting.

Will this map be part of today's FIND (Florida Inland Navigation District) subcommittee meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission that is taking place at 10 am on the 4th floor of city hall in Jacksonville Florida? This map will show and be part of the real Florida that will require Jacksonville city council approval and will be part of a transmittal package for our new CRA/DIA in the USA.

Is anyone going to the meeting?

Will there be any media there?

This is our property tax money.

QuoteOne HUGE headline will be the posting of the new DOWNTOWN docking zone map that the Administration kept away but was uncovered at the 8/13/14 full meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission.

Noone's map

Did anyone happen to watch the 2/3/15 Finance committee meeting of the Jacksonville city council and see the reactions and questions by Doyle Carter and the Chair of Finance Richard Clark and the subsequent vote on a piece of legislation that had to do with the $5,000,000 that is sitting in the Northwest Quadrant Redevelopment Trust Fund?  Clark voted NO and good for him.

I was watching because of 2014/560 our NEW CRA/DIA and the SUPER DUPER restricted 4.8 mile of the Rivers edge zone according to a CRA consultant that extends from the Fuller Warren Bridge to the Mathews Bridge and councilwoman Boyer offered a Finance amendment that had a Waterways Component. So doesn't it seem that 2014-560 should be sent back to Waterways? Boyer is uncovering more abuse and backroom deals in Waterways.

Congratulations to MJ for being the only news source that I am aware of that has posted the Super Duper secret Downtown docking zone map and for some real fun and impact put it over what people may have thought was the old Northwest Quadrant Redevelopment Trust Fund zone map. And what is now the NEW Northwest Quadrant Redevelopment Trust Fund zone map. Paraphrasing Ray Holt when commenting on this and welcome any correction when he said that you can't pin any of this on us it happened before we were elected.

Soon as the weather breaks plan on doing a RICO loop.

Will this map be used or shown at the 2/11/15 Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting for the the illegal water taxis? 2014-412. Will the little guy be allowed to use one of the two brand NEW floating docks on the Southbank for small paddle boat, SUP, USCG 6pack, Wind surfing, kayak economic opportunity for a SUSTAINABLE organic node of connectivity or just give it all to one vendor with a 10 year no compete clause?

Spoke with Scott Wilson yesterday and he can't do anything until he is elected. I have been emailing and calling my elected legislative representative Don Redman District 4 for ever and have been completely ignored. Did anyone happen to see the city council meeting last night and the guy who got a $350 dollar fine for an illegal sign? Enforcement is ratcheting up. Same thing is going to happen on the Waterways.

Councilman Redman you were there at the noticed April 2014 meeting on 2014-305 NEW DOCKING RULES and PENALTIES. If your Paddleboat is not (street legal) (Waterway legal) it will be seized. You can't make this stuff up.

David DeCamp where are you?
Aundra Wallace where are you?
Tera Meeks where are you?
Lisa Rinaman where are you?
Capt. Jim Suber where are you?
Where is the city council?
