SpaceX completes a first stage return

Like something from a sci-fi movie from the 50's and 60's, SpaceX released the onboard video of its recent ORBCOMM launch first stage making a controlled landing in the Atlantic Ocean.  The video starts while in space, ices over during atmospheric reentry and then you see the landing legs deploy shortly before splashing into the Atlantic standing up.

Reusable rocketry was a dream and eventual goal of the Space Shuttle. Now we are on the cusp of making it accessible in greater numbers.
