Does anyone else feel like we are reaching the "saturation" point of 3 story multi-family apartment complexes?  I'm uninspired.  Time for something different.

I do. How is this any different than all of the other apartment complexes in Jacksonville?

It's not any different in my opinion, but there must be demand or they wouldn't keep throwing these things up like they are.
