Theron Lyman Hunt, my grandfather

I am working through my family ancestry and came across the link above.  This is definitely my grandfather and grandmother though I thought he was born in 1884.  My grandmother was Mary Elizabeth Cantee and they were married in 1906 in Jacksonville after TL moved from New York to Florida to get out of the cold weather.  He had a 2 year college degree and took a job with Western Union in Jacksonville in 1904. (that is why I think the Census could have the year of birth wrong.)

TL build 2 homes, one for sale and one for him.  The home they sold was at 1228 Murray Drive and the home they lived in was at 1234 Murray Drive.  My parents wedding reception was at 1234 Murray Drive on June 21, 1939.

Does anyone on the threads have an idea where the street (Wollmann) is located in Duval County?
