Pollo Tropical Expanding further in Jax

The Daily Record is reporting that Pollo Tropical is looking into purchasing the property at Regency which used to host a Hess gas station. It is located between Chili's and ChikFilA.

They should do well there. It seems like they're one of those 'recession-proof' franchises right now, just like Chick-Fil-A.
