Not waiting for 2020.

Some of you will know what I'm talking about when I say "We have all given up asking you know who about you know what."
So many examples. Scott Wilson feel free to jump in here at any time.

Will there be any media at the 4pm DIA Board meeting 1st floor city hall. 8 hours out. Open to the Public.

Thank you already for those who are voting.

Like virtually everything you post... I have no idea what you are talking about and will not vote until it is clear what I am voting for or against.
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

Keep voting.  Will there be any media showing up in 4 hours at this full meeting of the DIA Board and our new CRA plan?

Will the next level include you?

Palms Fish Camp
2013-384 The armory for a buck and zero access to Hogans Creek.
RAM dock only opened when RAM is open. 4 years later. Not good.
Tom Ingram Kayak launch next to the DCPS building. A FIND recommendation.
Scott Wilson feel free to jump in here on the RFI, RFP on Shipyards during the Fun  sub committee meeting of the DIA.
Kayak, SUP launch at MOSH?
Surplus JEA house next to ........
My favorite The Jim Love, Kevin Kuzel 26' Berkman floating dock compromise (Shipyards III) misrepresented by OGC to the Jacksonville Waterways Commission during the 2013 FIND Grant application process. I will swear to that under oath in any court.
The super follow up by councilwoman Lori Boyer Dist. 5 on Catherine St.
The 4/2/14 noticed meeting by councilman Jim Love Dist. 14 on new Docking Rules and also attended by Dist. 4 city councilman Don Redman.

This CRA can consider opening the RIVER NOW! and not have 2020 in the plan.

Let's hope that the full Jacksonville city council will make that change. NOW!

Other examples of the crushing of the Public Trust and Backroom deals. Add your own.

This poll is on fire.

VII- Public Comment

VIII- Adjournment

NOT  on the agenda was a presentation by Kerri Stewart Interim Executive Director of the Cultural Council with a strong, forceful, deliberate, at times standing then sitting compelling pitch to the DIA Board that the Public Art Program will be looking to make Street  Art Legal in Jacksonville. This will require Administration changes as well as policy changes. Ordinance Code changes.

Projects have been approved. This would apply to Skyway Walls, Utility Boxes, Street furniture. Keri was asking the DIA to get on Board and be a pilot area. There would be a confined area. Ultimately this program would be expanded all over the city in different neighborhoods.

We also have another report from witch to draw action from. Are you kidding me.
For example. The Northbank will be broken down into 3 parts.
1. Connect- This boundary is from the Fuller Warren to the Acosta
2. Captivate
3. Celebrate

So here is what I heard with the Northbank breakdown. 1. Connect- Interactive water features. And the RAM dock is only open when RAM is open 4 years later. Not good.

For the Northbank my favorite is and always will be the Jim Love, Kevin Kuzel, 26' Berkman Floating Dock Compromise (Shipyards III) misrepresented by OGC to the Jacksonville Waterways Commission during the 2013 FIND grant application process. And I will swear to that under oath in any court of law. Also super follow up by Jacksonville Waterways Commission member Lori Boyer Dist. 5 and the OGC opinion on Catherine St.

If we can now brand our Sports Complex a Social Complex we can call this 26' of access to our St. Johns River an American Heritage River a FEDERAL Initiative in our new super duper restricted DIA zone a RICO spot. This is positive. This is the 3rd part where we CELEBRATE.

I'm All In.

Planning a RICO paddle
Special shout out-
Past, Present, or Future Hooter Girls.
Any DIA Board member with a COJ email address.
Any news media outside of Jacksonville.
Ben- JCCI Forget 2025, 2020, we need to kayak Downtown NOW!

Next meeting 4/24/14 3pm Overview of CRA Plan.

Keep  voting. Public Access and economic opportunity on our Waterways is being  totally crushed and destroyed on our Waterways Downtown. Pick and choose the winners and losers.
