Its a great tool.  I've used it plenty of times to tour cities.  With any great tool there will be those that will misuse or abuse it.

Personally, I love the street view tool.  I'm just waiting for them to add Jacksonville.

Yeah, they have made some odd choices as far as which cities are available and which aren't. For example, Little Rock, AR is available but not Seattle.

yeah I suppose some nut job will use it in a way that it wasn't intended. Alreay in Austin some mothers are concerned because their young children playing at their house were caught on the view.
