Cenveo to lay off 133 in Jacksonville

A Jacksonville envelope manufacturer plans to lay off 133 people from its facility on the Westside.

Cenveo Inc. (NYSE: CVO) filed a notice with the state Monday that it will lay off those employees between April 25 and May 30. A phone message at Cenveo's Jacksonville office was not immediately returned.

Cenveo manufactures and distributes products for printing, including envelopes, labels and specialty packaging. Its Jacksonville location is at 5406 W. First St.

Headquartered in Stamford, Conn., the company employs about 8,400 people worldwide.

And more manufacturing walks out the door of Jacksonville.
