Lobbyist Paul Harden hands over client list to city

City Hall lobbyist Paul Harden has disclosed his clients to city officials - a diverse list that includes the design-build team for the new Duval County Courthouse as well as the Jacksonville Jaguars - less than two weeks after telling city officials he had no intention of doing so.
 
Harden said he made his decision after speaking with city General Counsel Rick Mullaney late last week. He said he believes Mullaney has the authority to interpret the city's laws, even though he disagrees with him.

"I will respect his opinion," Harden said, although he noted that he may pursue the issue in the future.
