A nice photo tour of Florida's only steel mill: Jacksonville's Gerdau.

Most manufacturing operations feature signs declaring the number of days since the last lost-time injury.
At its Jacksonville plant, the steel company Gerdau doesn't bother trumpeting the number of days anymore: The sign at the entrance has been changed to years (two, specifically).
