It's discussed a bit in the Urban Construction Update Jan. 2014 thread. So far the consensus is they need some sort of signage because a number of members—myself included—have passed by the place without realizing they're open.

(Though, in my case, I walked by it this past Sunday morning when they were closed. Still, I forgot it was there and had no idea it had already opened!)
