LOL, I'm listening to Miami sports radio right now. They're complaining about the I-95 express lanes. Evidently, rush hour is pretty bad today, so the toll to take the express lanes is up to $10.50.

But people were still using the Express Lanes, right?  So, it was still worth $10.50 to get to their destination faster than if they sat in traffic.

Dynamic pricing should guarantee the LOS.  I do wonder what the record is.
