Streetcars would complement the vibrant atmosphere of Savannah's historic districts.  I'm hopefully that they'll move forward with something.

Charleston needs one too. Of all the cities in the south, you'd think those two would get on it already. Their city streets do NOT bode well with today's car centric culture.
