Okay guys. My assignment in my desktop publishing class to make a magazine cover for a sports magazine.

Is it fair to your classmates to have all of us helping with you assignment?  My daughter used to ask me for "help" on her projects... I learned very quickly...  ;) 8)

ALL available resources.  ;D

The science projects were the worst... might as well be called... the daddy project...
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

LOL, I'm helping DD08 out the same way I help my son with his projects:  Off-topic comments, semi-plausible scenarios, barely relative photos and snarky, sarcastic commentary to go along with all of it.

I figure if he can even finish the project with all of my shenanigans, he might only get a mid-C or high D on the project, but he's getting an A+ in life.    :D

Yep... once she figured out that my "help" was really more work than she was willing to put in... the requests for "help" quickly diminished...lol

WE SEE RIGHT THRU YOU DD08... Do your own damn homework...  ;D 8)

One would think...  I know during the Chiefs game during their second 'Pump it Up' routine during the timeout, I really noticed that Chloe and Jessica were completely out of sync with the other girls.

I watched with my own two eyes as Monica non-chalantly overthrew a t-shirt to a girl in the 4th row.  Ended up in the hands of some beered up, fat guy with a crazy moustache.

Then after all hope was lost for them putting together a 'great show', you know.... Cheerleading Garbage time.  I saw 4 girls just standing by the tunnel laughing it up...  I mean, with all of the miscues I saw on the field, it really just burned my britches seeing those girls over there laughing.  They should have been fuming at the performance they had given.

I just don't see the passion in our cheerleaders like I see on other teams.  It's like they've already quit.

I tell you what.  If we don't get some better girls for next year, there's no way in hell that I'm renewing my season tickets.  Not a chance.

I must confess that I have not been paying attention to their energy level. lol  I know this team is important to many people and for that reason I support it and it's success.   As someone who is not a dyed in the wool football fan, I can see that the teams continued struggles would make any excitement about them a bit hard to come by.  I truly hope they improve soon.  I do well remember the excitement in Jacksonville over getting the team years back and the depth of the original players. I loved to watch Mark Brunell on field as well as Tony Boselli.  A couple of guys like them on the current team would be exciting.  For some reason in recent years we never have seemed to have the cohesive effort on the team that we had in the beginning and that I believe had a lot to do with the attitude and leadership of several of the original players and money can't buy that.  I know that the current Jags ownership does not want gimmicks and would rather have substance but to my mind (as someone with Tebow fatigue) I think he may be what is needed to bring some excitement back to the Jags.  Just my opinion and has nothing to do with Tebow's skills and everything to do with exciting support and viewership of the team.  Like him or not, he surely became a nationwide personality that people watched and followed.  The Jags need something to excite the fans.

I'd much rather them give us this for excitement:

than having to deal with more of this:
