Here's how two other cities with "five points" have handled it:

Birmingham

Basically, it's a signalized intersection with two of the five streets being one-way pairs, effectively making it a regular intersection from an operational perspective.








Atlanta

Intersection was reconfigured, resulting in one of the streets becoming a small plaza.

Tallahassee also has a five pointed intersection (Meridian, 7th, Thomasville)....7th is a one-way...and traffic to/from Meridian is restricted
