Anyone know the folks personally at Jacobs Jewelers?

I am having a bit of an issue there and don't know if I should give them the benefit of the doubt or take some kind of action...the seem so pleasant but I am getting a ridiculous run around.

Yes, I believe it was.  I took Stephen to say that the owner is a "crusty" (rough) personality but is usually "top drawer" (of high standards).  Those of us born in the 50's and 60's get this right away.  lol
