Cushman & Wakefield moving offices to Downtown Jacksonville

The JBJ is reporting that Cushman & Wakefield are moving their offices to 121 West Forsyth Street:

Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. is moving its Jacksonville office to the urban core.
The commercial real estate firm has signed a lease for 4,800 square feet — the entire ninth floor — of 121 Atlantic Place, the historic 12-story office tower at 121 W. Forsyth St. It will move its 13 employees there from Deerwood South, a suburban office park near the St. Johns Town Center, in the fall.
