I lived here once for a couple of years back in 1990 and hated it.   Over 20 years later I ended up back here by some coincidence and quickly came to love it--Riverside is now my home and I can't imagine living anywhere else.

I'd like to thank the folks at Metro Jax for the insightful and thought-provoking commentary about large-scale ways that this fair city can overcome some of the things holding it back and progress into the future.   Sometimes it seems like nobody in positions of responsibility care to listen but keep at it and someday folks will be in those jobs who do care.

Welcome back aintlion.  This forum is growing in both size and importance to the area, as there are increasingly more astute and concerned individuals participating.

It has become a platform to exercise debate, to inform, to present for consideration, feedback, and debate current and proposed projects, and to review history.. especially as it applies to our current dilemmas regarding core revitalization.
