I understand the nature of creative centers like Brooklyn, but I can't help but wonder what Jacksonville would look like if all of the creatives stuck around.  I also wonder what Brooklyn would look like if all of the transplant artists had not moved there.  Good to see some hometown boys finally see their hard work pay off.
