A recent Teen Pregnancy Task Force report found that Baker Countyâ€"rural and 84% white, with Macclenny for a county seat and streaming Confederate flags, leads not only the state but the entire U.S. in teen pregnancies.  I wrote to you about this 20 months ago, that they might have better luck preventing teen pregnancies in Baker County if in sex-ed classes the rhythm method was taught rather than abstinence only . . . .
