Really like the Power of 10 concept, as employed by Detroit

It all comes down to money. Where is coming from and how long will it take.

I particularly like the "place-centered revitalization" which could be applied to downtown, Riverside/Avondale, San Marco, the Beaches, and perhaps more. Downtown places of interest would include the library, museum, Chamblins, Landing, Florida Theater, TU Performing Arts Center, varioius art galleries and restaurants. Jim
