I got mines already cause I join on the first day they launched the online sign up. If you didn't sign up the first day, you probably have to wait a little longer because of the amount of people who signed up.

Shirts are printed in batches and delivery of member packages is approximately 4-6 weeks from signup. The next shipment should go out very soon and should cover you.
