That's my fault. I forgot to add the addresses when I sent the interviews in. Mina's Bakery is on San Jose Blvd. across from Native Sun and close to Whole Foods.

It sure was.  My sister and I drove over yesterday to get some pastries.  All that was there is an almost empty storefront.  Seems like the bakery products were well liked.   Perhaps they can regroup with another business plan in a less expensive retail location.  It's a shame when these really nice specialty shops have to close.
