Living in Riverside North of College St

Wrote off the rental off of Dellwood and King (didn't like the floorplan). Between an apt on Oak off of King and an apt a block away from San Marco Square.

I don't know you, but I think one area will suit you and one will not.  I can't think of too many people that would be equally happy in both locations.  I can think of people that would be fine in both locations, but not equally happy.  Are you about an upscale after-work crowd and family friendly locales?  Go to San Marco.  Are you after a hip crowd and an art-centric community?  Go to Riverside.  Two different environments that are both really great in their own way.
