Should Jax be divided into boroughs like NYC, or their equivalent?

Why would you want to be like New York City?

There are all different kinds of people, I'm albino and can walk around NYC without any trouble, (no one makes fun of me, not even in Harlem) There are so many freaks up there that I just blend in. Millions of people compacted in small areas. I might even be able to find a woman to date, unlike here. It's very walkable, transit runs 24/7, their history is still intact, I love the accent, I can go on and on.

Yes, we should strive to be more like NYC, but we can still be our own version of it. Wasn't our Downtown built by architects from NYC and Chicago after the Great Fire of 1901? Had they not come down here to build, I doubt we'd have any skyscrapers at all today.

Sounds more like you should be in New York not Jacksonville.

I would be trust me. It's just too expensive and too liberal for me to live there.

It's kind of already divided, just not officially.  You've got Springfield, Murray Hill, Oceanway, Fleming Island,  Mandarin...they've all got their own unique flava.  It might be interesting to take it further and eventually have something like our own electric and water co-ops like they do in Clay County, so we have choices!  It could be great to divide and conquer, on second thought.
