In the whatever happened to department... anybody know the status of the project that was going in at what used to be the motel overlooking Confederate Park?

Apparently, their phase one demolition of everything but the garage structure is complete.  I guess they are waiting for someone to agree to purchase or lease a portion of the site before doing anything else.
