Bicyclist killed in hit-and-run crash in Orange Park 4/02/2013

My bike lights are LED and quite bright for their size. The size is smaller than a small stack of business cards. They would also be trashed debris littering the road by the look of the pretzel wheels on the bike they showed in the pictures.
