They have to go where people actually are, not where a select group wants them to be. Upper Main in SPR gets hardly any foot traffic at all. As cool as it would be to see something like this in one of those old buildings on Main or in an old warehouse, I just don't think the area is quite there yet. It could have been, but thats another discussion.

They wouldn't put another one in Riverside (including Avondale), so my money would be on downtown or San Marco. I could be wrong though.

I think the point is Springfield needs something Bold and local and good to get it's commercial sector humming. Stockton street wasn't exactly foot traffic central. Just look what Bold Bean has done and in such a short time. Since they have expressed some interest in Springfield, why not show some support?

Well the intention was to boost the numbers with metro contributors. Maybe it reflects more on metro posters.

Thanks everyone for all the support!  Although we love the Springfield neighborhood we have no plans to open a shop in that area at the moment.  We'll keep you posted if this changes anytime.  Thanks again.

The Three layers cafe and wine cellar are very similar to Bold bean. It's a popular cafe and won Best Of before Bold bean opened. Support it. With density of people comes amentities. With good landlords come opprotunities. Work on density and getting the Main street landlords off there butts and good things happen.

I don't really want to discuss our business plans on an open forum but it is encouraging to see demand for our product from all sides of town.  We're excited to see what the future holds.   :)
