FRA Releases FONSI report on AAF

The Federal Railroad Administration released their FONSI environmental study on the AAF service plans on 2/4/13.

The FRA has ruled its "Finding of no significant impact". 

This is just one more step in regulatory hurdles AAF has to cover enroute to starting service.

The FAA and OIA have filed a stay in the Federal Appeals Court on the petition regarding the AAF routing.

They are currently attempting to negotiate a settlement, hence the stay filing.
