Parking your Elephant

There is a lot of discussion on this board about parking and transportation issues, as well as questioning the "wisdom" of some of our legislators.  For that reason I am posting this about recent laws in other states in the union just to take the edge off Jacksonville.

FYI, all of us living and visiting Florida should know and understand that parking for your "Elephant" will be the same cost as parking any other vehicle.  You can thank me later for bringing this to your attention.
