Unfortunately... unless you have "All Access" you cannot read the story.  >:(

Don't forget that Khan was educated as a mechanical engineer.  He understands how this stuff works and how it fits into the transportation industry.

This is a great story. Further proof that Shad is "All In" on Jacksonville.

Putting money where his mouth his. He may just pull Jacksonville into the 21st Century on pure will. (and a big bank account)
