The Jacksonville Beach Planning and Zoning Commission has been considering granting a conditional use permit on Penman Road for an indoor firing range.  This firing range would be across the street from the Montessori Tides School.  The Montessori parents are “up in arms,” so to speak, and don't want the commission to grant a zoning variance . . . .
