I love that old picture of Hemming Pak. All those grand stately palm trees, shrubs and grass. It looks amazing. Oh and great book by the way.

It certainly looks like there are plenty of chairs and benches for people to sit on...

oh yeah, the sidewalks are all lined with benches.
