That YMCA building was the only building I noticed that looked to be completely vacant, from my trip there last summer.  They do a good job of avoiding vacancy, and a much better job than most on not devoting a lot of land to surface parking.

Tulsa's grand old Union Station is an artistic treasure.  Today it houses the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame and the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra. Talks are ongoing about restoration of rail service to Kansas City and Oklahoma City from Tulsa. Tulsa is also looking a streetcars and urban commuter rail out to Broken Arrow.
