Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton’s chief of staff is leaving city government this month, and his chief of policy is taking over the job.  Attorney Steve Diebenow has been with Peyton since he took office in July 2003. Diebenow was originally Peyton’s chief of policy and government affairs, but took over his current job in November 2004 when Scott Teagle resigned.Adam Hollingsworth, who joined Peyton in October 2004, replaces Diebenow.  Diebenow is joining Rock Creek Capital, a private investment firm.

This requires a wait and see.  Could be good for the area.  I think he is a supporter of efforts in urban neighborhoods and historic districts.  He lives in one.
